OPTION 1
Inbound Candidate Vetting
This option is for a client who has a stack of resumes but needs someone to review, interview, and stack rank.
If engaged for this option I will review all internal applications (no max number), interview all viable candidates and offer the client a stack ranked list of the top candidates.
Once the initial batch of resumes have been vetted, I’ll continue to vet and provide writeups on any new applicant that comes in for the term of the contract. Turnaround time for vetting is 10 days or less for any previously received applicants prior to engagement.
Pricing is based on a 30-day contract. It can be extended as needed.
OPTION 2
Active Outbound Sourcing
This option is for a client who isn’t seeing the “right” candidate through their recruiting efforts to this point and needs additional candidates who have been targeted based on a specific set of criteria or needs.
If engaged for this option I will actively source candidates based on your specifications. These candidates will be sourced, vetted and a write up on each will be provided directly to the POC.
Turnaround time for receiving initial candidate flow is 10 days or less from the launch of the project and continues for the term of the contract.
Pricing is based on a 30-day contract. It can be extended as needed.
OPTION 3
Inbound & Outbound Combination
For a 30-day term, I will vet all internal applications as described above but will also actively recruit additional talent to the pipeline.
This is a combination of both options above. Basically, it’s equivalent to what I’ve done as a contingency recruiter without the overpriced contingency invoice.
Fixed up front pricing equal or less than what it costs you to employ an internal recruiter on a monthly basis.
Candidate flow within the first 10 days.
This is the most comprehensive option.
