My name is Allan Seibert. I’ve spent the last 16 years as a contingency recruiter specializing in Ecommerce and Digital recruitment.  My expertise is an inch wide and a mile deep in all things Digital in D2C, B2C and B2B.  I’ve built a network of over 10,000 connections in this space from sole contributors at the hands-on level (Coordinators, Specialists, Analysts) to the most Senior levels (Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers, SVPs, VPS) and everything in between from Mid-Level Managers to Director level.  I have a process for sourcing and vetting talent to help streamline my clients recruiting process.

I grew up in Madison, GA, graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales, joined EcommerceRecruiter dot com in 2008 and have spent the last 16 years doing nothing but recruiting for Digital, Ecommerce, Creative and Technology based positions.

I love the hunt!  The part of recruiting process that I love the most is the hunt for talent. Whether that’s digging through 500 resumes to find the best one OR digging through passive candidate profiles and selling them on the opportunity at hand.  

I thoroughly enjoy talking to candidates and clients about their experiences, successes, failures, ambitions and goals.  When I can align a candidate’s desires with a client’s needs it’s the equivalent of finding gold in my world.
